How are we paid? We are paid through the real estate transaction through an offer of compensation which results in a split of the listing agent's fee to the seller, the builder or the owner selling their home. We do not require retainer fees, nor do we accept bonuses offered by sellers. We work for you. The source of our compensation does not limit our ability to represent you in an agency capacity. What that means to you is that, since we will not be showing you office listings, we will never have a conflict of interest when showing a home, preparing a contract or assisting with inspections. Your real estate interests are our interests.
